A while back at a previous HOA meeting Sean mentioned to people that the city needs to take ownership of them and they are closed until then.  He then went on to give the impression that the closer would not be enforced by them so we could use the space.  I am hearing more people are getting harassed by the security team recently so I think there seems to be a disconnect  between what we are being told and what is actually happening.  I think it really depends on who is on duty as I have walked right past some of them and they never say anything to me.  If you get stopped by the security team can you ask them who is telling them to kick you out, is it the City, Lennar, or somebody else?  Let me if you get an answer to that question.

Hello neighbors,

Does anyone know if areas around the welcome center are open to us yet?  I went to the trail a few times, sometimes got kicked out by security and sometimes they just let me pass, so it's kind of confusing.

Emailed first service and Natalie said she doesn't have an eta, so it sounded like we aren't allowed to go there?

Re: Move your car or you'll be towed tomorrow

Make sure to let Natalie from First Service knows about this. You will also find by the car entrance to the garage telling people to only park in their spot with a tow company number. The HOA has a contract with them. I believe they end up charging the owner of the vehicle being towed so you don't have to pay for it by using them.

HOA Budget Workshops Tuesday Night as well

Tonight we had a good Budget Workshop.  Caroline has been nice enough to type up her notes from tonight to send around, please give her some time to do that.  Thanks Caroline for doing that.

One thing we learned is their is another workshop tomorrow night (Tuesday May 10) for the town-homes.  While we are different groups most of the basic information should be the same.  So if you could not make tonight but are free tomorrow night then you can go to that one to listen to what is presented.   I forgot to ask but guessing it is at 7pm at the Sales Center.
