Fellow Merchant Owners;
You all should have received a letter dated January 6th where Lennar agreed to meet with us homeowners about the Barbecue, or lack there of. This came due to the fact that the majority of us rejected the first low offer. Thank you to all who signed that letter during the holidays. They set the meeting for this Thursday, Feb. 2nd, at 6:30pm at the Sale-center. It is important we have as many homeowners as possible show up. Even if you don't have anything to say having you there will help show we are united as a group.

Hope you'll consider joining us!Hello Shipyard Friends,I hope everyone's 2017 is off to a strong start! My wife Jaclynn and I meant to send this out in Oct/Nov, but, well, the beautiful chaos of the holidays happened.Anyway, I'm writing because we both would like to raise a little holiday gift for Trina and Rommey (sp?), our amazing Shipyard drivers. They work hard, long hours, and for the most part, think they do an amazing job of escorting us to and from all our happenings.On top of that, I learned this week that they only get paid $20/hr with NO BENEFITS.So, if you feel like you have benefitted greatly from their services, I would encourage you to join us in giving a little 'thank you' back.You can either email me: Gregorycoussa@gmail.com, text/call me, 805.252.6411, or send me a message on here (though I'm on it about once a month, but will try and check more these upcoming weeks).I am more than happy to keep an accounting of the gifts and provide receipts for anyone. We're planning on getting gift cards to a useful place like Amazon, Target, Safeway, etc. Suggestions welcome.Finally, I would appreciate two things from you all:1. Passing this message along to all Shipyard residents, especially in other buildings as I don't have their info.2.
