Yes, friends and neighbors - please do cast your ballot on the gym in the next week or so. Its been a long time coming, but we're almost there - voting is the last step.
This is somewhat of a no brainer, as the entire $18,000 cost is entirely covered by Lennar, and all we need to cover is ongoing maintenance, at ~$12/ month! This is less than most cocktails.
More than the amazing ability to walk downstairs and get a workout in, having a gym in our building will increase property's equity value.
You should have received a packet in the mail with a number of items. There are four easy steps you need to complete (which will take all of 2 minutes):
- Circle your vote on the yellow ballot form, see attached.
- Place your yellow ballot form in the yellow "BALLOT ONLY" envelope and seal the envelope, See attached.
- Do not sign or put your name or unit information on the ballot or ballot envelope.
- Place your yellow ballot envelope in the white, postage-paid envelope. Write your name, address, unit number, and sign your name on the top left corner of the white envelope.
- Mail it in!
If its yellow, no personal info. If its white, personal info.
If you have any questions or need help, don't hesitate to reach out - I will literally mail your ballot in for you.
