Driver Holiday Gift

Hello Shipyard Friends,

I hope everyone's holidays are off to a strong start! My wife Jaclynn and I are writing because we both would like to raise a little holiday gift for Tedesse and Romy, our amazing Shipyard drivers. They work hard, long hours, and for the most part, think they do an amazing job of escorting us to and from all our happenings.

On top of that, they don't get paid very much, and most hiccups have nothing to do with their work, but logistics support from the developer. 

So, if you feel like you have benefitted greatly from their services, I would encourage you to join us in giving a little 'thank you' back.

I am more than happy to keep an accounting of the gifts and provide receipts for anyone. We're planning on getting gift cards to a useful place like Amazon, Target, Safeway, etc. Suggestions welcome.

Shipyard - Lot 52 and Lot 54

Hi Everyone,

We are pursuing legal action against Lennar for their mis-representation of the intended plan for lot 52 and 54.  Given the contracts we signed, we cannot enter into litigation and can only go to mediation and arbitration.  Our common issue is the park and it will be our primary focus, however, since we will be filing individually, we have the flexibility to address additional mis-representations that may be unique to each building.

If you're interested in joining us, then please respond to me and I will forward you more details regarding our next steps.  If you've already received my other email this am, then please dis-regard this note.

Keys found on shuttle

Hi Guys,

Tadesse found a pair of keys last Thursday or Friday on the smaller shuttle. If you lost your keys, let him know! It appears if was someone from Merchant because I tested the FOB.
