Just a friendly reminder that we have a meeting Monday night with our new Supervisor Shamann Walton.  Andrew Kaplan has agreed to open his home to us at 550 Innes, Unit 203 so hope to see you then.  If you can RSVP either to the Facebook Event, link below, or reply to me that would be helpful.

Committee Meetings

Hey Fellow Condo Owners;

At the December condo HOA meeting we approved people to serve on the several committees but at the meeting it turned out some of the people attending had told FSR they wanted to serve on a committee but were not on our list so we added them. Over the holidays FSR sent me the contact info for those list. I just started the process of helping each of the committees get the first meeting called. If you are not on the list below then you are not currently on the committee.

If you have sent something to FSR and do not see your name on the committee list please let me know so I can get you connected with the correct group. If you had not asked to serve but realize you want to please let me know that as well.

For Building committee we need at least two people to serve and only have 2 buildings hitting that mark and could really use more people willing to serve on their building committee.

EV Charger Committee - Aleksandr Yegorov; Prusela Phillips; Jason Fried; Riley Smith; Agnes Yee Lui; Eric Park; Lindsay Sencenbaugh

Operating Standards Committee -Blase Hents; Jason Fried; Shannon Hetrick; John Darden

Building Delegate

555 Innes - Bodo Klawonn and Eric Park

51 Innes Ct. - Blase Hents

451 Donahue St - Lindsay Sencenbaugh and Jason Fried

So if you want to improve the Shipyard Condo community please join a committee.

Jason
