Merchant Owners Email List – Feb 2021

I know that there was recently an email chain going around that was a little old.  With recent updates that Gulner got here is the best list to use.  This list is only homeowners.  I do keep a separate list of renters for non-owner related matters.  This recent chain included the renters which is why it had a few folks no longer here.

With a few folks selling I am realizing we are getting more empty slot on my sheet of units whom I have emails for.  If one of the following unit numbers is your neighbor and you know who owns it please get me there name and email address so I can see if they want to join our list.

Units missing from my list: 204, 213, 302, 304, 305, 307, 311, 315, 401, 404, 408, 409, 504, 505, and 506

Hopefully later this year we can do social events, like Thursday wine on the roof, again which will be a great place to include renters so if you rent your place out and want to give me your renters email address so they can be invited to those.

Re: Merchant contact list

Hey everyone,

I do have a list of most owners and a few renters which is where this email chain originally comes from.  I have been asked by a few folks to not share their information with others and they want to limit what they get emails on so need to respect that request and can't share my full list with the group but as I have said those that are willing to have emails shared get put in the "To" section and BCC those that do not want emails shared.  The HOA can't share contact information for homeowners or renters for privacy reasons so it is important we keep our list as current as possible.

As a side note if you send me emails and I don't respond please come and knock on my door, Unit 411, since it means either I did not see it or it unfortunately got sent to my spam folder so will likely never see it.

Since I am already sending this email as an update to Block 1 development OCII did give its approval and told us homeowners we should have been here 20 years ago when everything was being planned.  They had no desire to hear anything we said and clearly had their minds made up before any public comment was said.

Jason

There is also a google doc that was created to get people thoughts which includes if you agree.  I have already add to this list so please add any of your thoughts and add yourself if you agree in that column

Here is a link to the google doc.

Hope to see you on Zoom call and let me know if you have any questions.

P.S. - I know it has been a while since a group email has been sent and lots of moves have occurred so if you are no longer living here please let me know which unit you are in and I can remove you.  Also if you know of new people who have moved in please get me there email and unit number.
