For those of you who following the FaceBook group or TownSQ this may not be new but for those not on or looking at the Facebook group or TownSQ these days want to bring to your attention that the development on the other side of Donahue, where the current security trailer is located, is starting to go through the approval process. If approved as they plan then the new buildings will completely block all views of SF from our roof deck. We will still see the bridges but nothing of the downtown view we have today. I and a few other owners have finally gotten the developer to agree to meet with shipyard residents for next week to talk about the proposal. It is important that as many of you as possible join.
