I think the solution is to have Lennar put up a higher wall on the Friedell street entrance since that is how they are coming in over the wall.

Shipyard - Lot 52 and Lot 54

Hi Everyone,

We are pursuing legal action against Lennar for their mis-representation of the intended plan for lot 52 and 54.  Given the contracts we signed, we cannot enter into litigation and can only go to mediation and arbitration.  Our common issue is the park and it will be our primary focus, however, since we will be filing individually, we have the flexibility to address additional mis-representations that may be unique to each building.

I may be late October but with weather like this it seems to me to be a nice night to hang out with your neighbors. Hi all,

Just a heads up for anyone that lives at 555 Innes.  The garage door was wide open as of a half hour ago.  I live at 570 and walked across the street to manually close it and as soon as I walked in it started to close.  Probably not a big deal but wanted to give a heads up as in the earlier days of living here our garage door had malfunctioned before as well.  Might be something to keep an eye on.

I have been in talks with Captain Vaswani and he should be getting back to us by the first week in October. Right now, it is looking like Wednesday, October 18^th is going to be the date, but nothing is set in stone.

Hello Kathryn.  Our next meeting will feature Captain Vaswani of the Bayview police department (or one of his officers).  I've been working with Adam Cuadra with the SF SAFE team and Lennar on a meeting date.  We have narrowed down 3 dates below, and are waiting for Captain Vaswani to get back to us. Based on recent experience and other events, it appears that we will have much to discuss at the next meeting.  As soon as I get confirmation, I will book the meeting and send a communication.   

 

• Thursday, October 12th beginning at 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM
• Wednesday, October 18th beginning at 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM

At about 2:30pm today I was walking down Innes with my phone in my hand and listening to music with earbuds. I turned around to find a male in his 20's about 6 foot walking close behind me.. I turned back around and kept walking 30 seconds later he jumped at me and tried to grab my cell phone out of my hands. I held on to the phone but he ripped the ear buds off of me and ran up the hill up Griffith street. He was with 2 other 20 year olds and they ran into a house at the top of the hill. I called the police, reported this and drove with the police to identify the house that they ran into. Here is a pic I took as he ran away.

It has been a while since we have done a Wine on the Roof Thursday.  With fall starting we may not get a change to do this in a while and we should also celebrate the opening of our new Gym.  So special guest Greg Courssa (invited) will be there as our honored person of the night since he chaired the committee and let the charge to get us a gym, with lots of help of course from those who served on the committee.  (All gym committee members who attend will get an honorable mention.)  So come to the roof at 6:30 (or whenever you get home) to watch a sunset and hang with your neighbors on Thursday and hopefully Greg will teach us all how to get ripped, then take us to the gym to get a ripped again.
