Re: Open Packages

Hi Jason and Everybody,

As someone who receives packages every day—usually multiple a day—this is incredibly concerning. I can't even imagine if there were valuable contents in these torn open packages. We definitely need to get that surveillance footage and get to the bottom of this.

To answer your question Jason, I just returned home and surveyed the packages that were violated. Right now, there are three packages in the mail area that have been opened. (Not sure if there were more last night.) They belong to:

Jonathan C Lee

Michelle Malliett

Caroline Cooper

So sorry for those who had their packages opened and stolen. It happened to us when we first moved in and it's very unsettling.
