I think the solution is to have Lennar put up a higher wall on the Friedell street entrance since that is how they are coming in over the wall.

One of the packages was mine and the item was taken. It was a nice necklace ordered from Macy's.I am researching to see if any other items were taken and will be switching my deliveries to a new address because I no longer feel that having delivery's made to our condo are safe.Sent from my iPhoneHi Jason and Everybody,As someone who receives packages every day—usually multiple a day—this is incredibly concerning.
