Re: Note-Taking for Master and Condo meetings

Hi All,

Thought you might want to know...

I just received the attached from a colleague who is currently in Escrow at The Shipyard. This Disclosure is not official yet within the SF Association of Realtors, but was provided to my colleague and thus, she had to disclose to her Buyer in contract. I'm unclear whether the Buyer will proceed with the Sale.

Of particular interest is this section….

Recently released documents from the EPA also raise concerns as to the accuracy of the test data for Parcels B and G. Those two parcels apparently comprise approximately 40% of the site. John Chesnutt, the EPA's local Superfund Manager, wrote in a letter to a Navy official on December 27, 2017: "The data revealed not only potential purposeful falsification and fraud in terms of sample and/or data manipulation, they also reveal the potential failure to conduct adequate scans, a lack of proper chain of custody for ensuring samples were not tampered with, extensive data quality issues (including off-site laboratory data) and general mis-management of the entire characterization and cleanup project." (https://tinyurl.com/EPASFHPA4; see also https://tinyurl.com/EPAHP5) Records produced by the EPA recommend total resampling of 90% of the test data submitted by the Navy for Parcel B and 97% resampling of the data for Parcel G. (https://tinyurl.com/EPAHP6)  In a March 29, 2018 letter, the EPA indicates it is still reviewing the Navy's submissions for additional parcels at the site (Parcels D-2, E, G, UC-1, UC-2 and UC-3

Thanks all.

Hi Condo Owners/Units,

Eric -- who is an active member in our community and lives in a townhome --- brought up a good idea at this week's Master HOA meeting.

Being that the HOA (Jillian) does not take adequate notes nor distributes them in a manner that makes it easy for all to catch up, it'd be great if we all sign up for shifts of note taking.

I've created a 2018 note-taking spreadsheet for you to sign up for either a Master/Condo meeting. In column C, is the primary note taker and Column E, the secondary note taker.

If the primary note taker for some reason cannot attend, it's their responsibility to contact the secondary note taker to ensure note-taking happens.  Better yet, you both can take notes if you both can attend.

I've cc'd all whom we have emails for. Note-takers can email this group.

If you end up signing up for this, please save this spreadsheet or bookmark it so you can find it.

Attached are the CONDO HOA notes from 5/21. They are not perfect, nor are official. I captured what I could and would appreciate if you have any outstanding questions, to direct them to Jillian.

Thanks all!
