Upcoming Condo HOA Board elections

Fellow Condo Owners

As you may have seen from my previous emails I have been working to create an organized slate of interested homeowners to run for the Condo HOA.  Earlier this week we had a chance for those that told me they may be interested to meet, virtually, to talk about all of this.  We had 6 people join the call, a couple of others could not  join.  Those that participate had a general agreement.  

1. We wanted to make sure that we had a homeowner controlled Board.
2. Given 4 seat will be up for election it made sense to run a 3 person slate to try and maximize our voice but to leave one seat for Lennar since we are still in development.
3. To try to have no more than one person on the Board for each building type.
   

Currently the only issue identification by the group was since this was created by those that wanted to join it turns out that all the people interested in running are Men so it would be nice to have a Female voice added to the group.

Also on Thursday you should have gotten a call for Candidates from Associa, so if you are thinking of running and not part of the group that meet please speak up!  We really want to see a strong slate that covers all three numbered items above covered and address the one issue, no women currently saying they want to run, if possible.

So one last call for anybody interested in running that would want to be part of a homeowner slate please speak up and join our discussion.
