451 Donahue - Package theft and something fun

Hello Fellow 451 Donahue Residents and Owners,

It has been a while since I have sent out an email to the group so as always if you have moved out please send me a message and I will update my list. 

I have been hearing reports of package thefts at a little higher rate then normal. While the window frosting has helped it has not keep the issue away totally. Due to this some neighbors have been moving packages into the gym where it is more secure so please check the gym if you are looking for packages. I know several hallways already do this but if you see a package for somebody else in your hallway please grab (if you have a free hand and its not to heavy for you) and drop off at their door. Also please do not open the front door for people who don't live in the building.

Before COVID our building from time to time during the summer would have wine on the roof Thursdays. I would like to suggest we try restarting this so we can get to know each other better since it has been a few years. So on Thursday (August 18) at 6pm bring a glass of wine (or any drink really) up to the roof and get to know your neighbors. In the past these normally lasted a couple of hours so if you are not home at 6 just come up when you do get home.

Finally if you are talking with your neighbor and they did not get this email it means they are missing from my list so please be sure to let me know who they are and their email address so I can get them added in the future.
