Hello Merchant Neighbors!

It was wonderful meeting many of you yesterday at the Storehouse gathering. As I, or Jason, or someone else, discussed with you, we wanted to get a group email together. You should have also received access to a corresponding Shared Spreadsheet with three tabs:

• Sharing: Share issues, requests and other things we've noticed during the move in and/or living process at our lovely Merchant building. I think we've all had our fair share of frustrations with the whole process, and there are still some ongoing frustrations, but the focus here is to come together as a group with one voice to go to Lennar with. This tab should be self explanatory, but is set up so we can start to categorize our issues that we will plan to go to Lennar with. 
• Gatherings: Potentially set up gatherings so we can better get to know each other. A few options I heard last night was Rooftop Thursday Wine Downs & Workout bootcamps with Professor G. 
• Contacts: This is our running list of people. It would be great if we get everyone in the building on this, so as you meet neighbors and get their emails, please share this with them and add their emails. Some of the emails didn't work because I couldn't make out the writing (Ramiro Castro #305, and Sasha & Katrina in #508) so if a neighbor didn't get this, please add their emails!

I have enabled the spreadsheet so everyone can edit it, so please add Sharings, Gatherings and definitely add new neighbors to the Contacts list. I'll make sure to recheck before future emails so newbies are added.

**One thing I want to be very clear about: this email list and corresponding spreadsheet are about sharing useful things with the entire group (or at least a subset of the group). If you have a complaint with a specific neighbor, put on your big girl or boy pants and take it up with them directly. This is not the venue for that. Thanks!
