those of you who have put your issues in the google doc and have also added email lists. At this point, only six of us have filled out Jason's Doodle
. If you are serious about getting your issues heard and want to be a part of our approach to Lennar, please fill this out so we can get a sense of who to include in a brief meeting soon. It literally takes 20 seconds.
I had no idea about the security issues and homeless folks wandering around our gorgeous chateau, but I think we should act as soon as possible. Please fill out the doodle by the end of the year, so we can have a meeting in the first half of January and come to Lennar with clear requests.
Jason, thanks for putting this together.

If you take the shuttle that is one place to find some folks, I have added a couple of folks who take the 8:15am shuttle to the list from so if you take other times see who is from our building.Finally we are starting to get a good list of things from the google groups list, please add more if you have it, so was thinking it may be good to get a group meeting together. I have create a simple doodle poll, see link (http://doodle.com/poll/e9t2c2zw8usnhazi) that give a bunch of dates for us to meet. The poll gives 3 chooses, Yes and No but some in the past I have found some get confused by the (Yes) option. That means you can do if needed but it is not the best of the option so would prefer a different time but will make it work if needed. I realize we are about to get into the holidays so it may be touch to get a good enough size group together but lets see if we can do this sooner rather then later. I have three time slots suggested for weekends and then one time slots for weekdays. Those can be modified if needed and are simply my suggestions. We need to find a place to meet but thinking depending on time and weather we can use the rooftop deck or perhaps if somebody is willing to open there home to us we can meet there. We can figure this out if we get enough folks who want to do this. If you all want I happy to help facility the meeting itself.Jason Fried #411
