Apologies for sending a hastened email earlier regarding the HOA election.
Just to give everyone an update, we needed to have a certain percentage of votes turned in in order to complete the voting process today. We did not hit that percentage of homeowners (I believe it was 51%) during this meeting. We will now be reconvening (new date to be determined and sent out by Natalie) in order to complete the voting process. Only 25% will need to be present at the next round and we were already over that today, so we should know in the next couple weeks.
That's all for now. Thanks to everyone who was able to come today and apologies for those who sent in ballots that weren't counted (she only had 3 ballots in hand when she arrived that she had received via mail and there were multiple people that came in stating that they had sent theirs in, but she didn't have them, so they were able to vote in person.)

We've had 3 people walk in who mailed in their ballot that Natalie did not receive. She is allowing people to vote in person if their ballot that was mailed in is not present, but you will need to be here in person. Please come by if you are able!
