Ants

Greetings,

I'm suddenly experiencing ants in my unit. They are coming from areas not sealed properly near the window frames. 

Did anyone else have this experience?

Has Lennar done anything for you?

Kindly, advise.

Thank you all for your constructive feedback. I offer up the key revisions below, but please read the doc within the next 24 hours, and I'll send Fri morning barring major changes requested.

As a note, Kofi responded to our 1st letter on 1/15.

 A bullet point of 'new requests' is found at the bottom of the document which includes:

-Empty lot across from Donahue

-Door locks

-Bike Racks

-Appliances and deceptive advertising

Additionally, we revamped the heater section. I left the request open ended, due to the variety of problems.
