We are experiencing ant problems too! Contacted Lennar a couple of weeks but they referred us to First Service. I guess we could also get Lennar to come out and seal up the cracks but we'll be trying out some ant traps and see …

It's really frustrating!

As a note, Kofi responded to our 1st letter on 1/15.

Additionally, we revamped the heater section. I left the request open ended, due to the variety of problems.
