OK so Lennar has yet to get our grill built on the roof but what is the 4th of July without a grill and fireworks. So I am planning on taking my small propane grill up to the roof on Monday at about 7pm to grill and then wait to 9:30ish to watch the fireworks (assuming Karl does not role in to block our view). So I wanted to let any of you who are around know to come and join. You are welcome to use my grill with one condition. I keep kosher so while the meats don't need to be kosher themselves it should not be pork or some types of sea food. If you are not sure just let me know. Anything from a cow or bird is fine along with of course vegi's. One side note I recommend not using thick cuts of meat as the grill is good but sometimes thick cuts may not cook correctly. The grill open for all to use on a first come first serve basis.
