I was not sure if this was brought up yet, but it would be nice to convert the conference room by the mailboxes into a small gym for the Merchant residences .  It would be big enough for a couple of treadmills, elliptical machine, bike , free weight rack and a universal weight machine.   It might be worth a discussion.   I would like to hear some feedback from the other merchant residents as well.

Hey Fellow Condo Owners,

It is almost that time again for our quarterly HOA meeting.  So in the spirit of wanting to get items on the agenda that homeowners want please let me know if you have anything.  So if you can get to me by Thursday (7/14) any items you have that would be helpful.  Please remember these should be HOA issues and not issues we are having with Lennar, unless it involves the HOA.
