Re: Heater issues in Merchant

Hey Oleksandr,

Jammie and Kyle have actually been very responsive with this one. They've actually isolated the root cause to neighboring units, since they share the same plumbing, so you should indeed file the ticket - this seems to be a pervasive problem across Merchant.

Hello,

1. I have similar issue. Noise is not always - but sometimes (when main heater is ON I assume). sometimes up to 70db - very hard to get asleep (usually i never have prob with that :)

I just opened white panel and turned off flow through radiator (there are 2 handles on IN and OUT pipes on the radiator). very nice and quite  ... till Dec :)

2. Have Jaimme or Kyle confirmed that root cause is plumbing and Lennar should fix it? I should file the case than... though I lost any believe they able to fix something ... have other case with bath tub for 9+months and they do nothing to fix and all possible to avoid and forget about it ...

3. Do anyone knows - why we have heating in the summer(burning $)? Is it really needed? I see several units keep windows a little bit open most of the time anyway ... HOA board making calls about that?

Sasha.

Apologies for the SPAM - I live in Unit 201 and my heater has been making loud banging noises in the middle of the night. Anyone else experiencing this?

Apparently, both Jaimme and Kyle from Lennar are indicating the issue is fixed in my unit, but need to get in touch with my neighbors in 301,401,and 501. More specifically, could the residents of those units get allow Jaimme and Kyle to perform the necessary fixes, as it appears to be a plumbing issue with the radiated heat.

Thanks,

Praveen
