Well isn't this a nice surprise.

Guys, don't let Jason fool you - this isn't about the committee, nor me, but really about his new fond affection...for Lennar. 

Jason, I can get reach out to some of the Lennar (and perhaps FSR?), if you'd like to have them join on Thursday. Just let me know. 

I'll definitely be there to toast our new swole patrol room, and spend some time with Juggernaut Jason and anyone else who wants to have a drink.

It has been a while since we have done a Wine on the Roof Thursday.  With fall starting we may not get a change to do this in a while and we should also celebrate the opening of our new Gym.  So special guest Greg Courssa (invited) will be there as our honored person of the night since he chaired the committee and let the charge to get us a gym, with lots of help of course from those who served on the committee.  (All gym committee members who attend will get an honorable mention.)  So come to the roof at 6:30 (or whenever you get home) to watch a sunset and hang with your neighbors on Thursday and hopefully Greg will teach us all how to get ripped, then take us to the gym to get a ripped again.
