First it sounds like everyone is safe which is most important.  Second please report all these items to the police.  When reporting to the police please let them know that our buildings have camera.  There are camera on-top of the buildings that are run through Five Point, the police should know how to contact them by know but also if the incent happened by the doors to the condo building or inside one of the condo buildings there are a different set of camera.  For the condo building camera they should contact Jillian with FSR as she is the one who can give them access to those.  Please be sure to note the exact time it occurred, such as 11:12am, since it makes it easier and quicker for the correct footage to be reviewed.

Finally this is an update list with all condo owners and residents I have emails for so use this one.  If you notice somebody is missing please send me the email so I can update our list.

Same women just tried gaining access again to Merchant about 30 minutes ago. Luckily Sean stopped her and was on the phone with the police...

For those that might also have cleaners or dog walkers, etc., that might need access to the building, please stress to them to not let anyone in who is asking them for access.

I had a similar incident about 2 weeks ago on a weekend day.  Same description of woman saying that her mother was a renter in our building in a number that doesn't exist in our building and she was trying to get in because her mother was babysitting her children.  She said her cell phone was out of batteries and she couldn't call. I did  not let her in.

About 5 minutes ago, someone called me from the front door call box stating they were SFPD, requesting to get buzzed in. Luckily, I did not, as I walked down, there was an african american woman with facial piercings and short hair with red highlights, stating someone took her stuff and ran into my building, the merchant. I asked if she was the one that called me and she said it wasn't her, it was the police and they were in the building looking for the guy. I walked the building and there were no police or police cars anywhere in sight. When I got back she got in her car and drove away with 2 african american men. 

Please please please DO NOT buzz or let anyone in your building unless you personally know them, as I have a feeling she had her eye on all the packages in our lobby. 

Be on the lookout and most of all BE SAFE.
