On the background of recent issues described by Gulnur, we just checked that two our bikes are missing from the parking space.

Is it possible to check the cameras in the garage or outside?

Security: It is not my job.

Security: We only patrol Donahue.

Me: I live on Donahue.

Security: How do you know someone from outside walked in? It is from inside I tell you.

Me: You don't know that. That's why I am asking.

Security: There are all kinds of nationalities live in this building. It is an inside job.

Me: First you can't stereotype people like that. Second It is your job to patrol around this building in the first place.

Security: You have a wonderful day mam. Bye.

Me: ??

I won't even comment.

There were some emails from Lennar about improving security etc a while back. I couldn't locate them in my mailbox - I appreciate if you could forward them to me. I'll be pursuing this incident with them. Security have no protocol to deal with any type of issue. It is proven to be useless once more.
