I work in construction and regularly pick these up 2-3 times a year. The area and roads outside of, next to and behind our building are used by conteactors everyday. I see them in gators on the roads all the time when they shouldn't be.Reaching out to Lennar and complaining about construction materials finding there way to the streets would be most effective. They will lay the hammer on contractors and we should see an improvement. For what it's worth, I had to replace my two rear tires recently because I had two nails — one in each rear tire. Prior to that, I've had three nails other in my tires (had those patched) but it's an uncanny number of nails, especially since I don't drive much.

At some time between 9:30pm on Wednesday 9/5/18 and 10:30am this morning, 9/8/18, someone deliberately inserted a bolt into the front right tire of my car while it was parked in the 451 Donahue Street garage. See the photo below.

Neither I nor my wife drove our car during this period of time, so we know that someone deliberately screwed in this bolt during this time. Because the act of inserting a bolt into one's tire is a targeted and purposeful act that requires time and planning, I fear for the safety of my family. I've contacted Arti and also submitted an incident report through Lennar's app in addition to filing a police report. Because of my car's spot in the garage, I'm hopeful that the camera footage may provide evidence indicating who may have done this.
If anyone saw anything suspicious in the garage during this time, or has any other insight as to who else we should contact about this matter, please let me know.

Subject: Garage door left open
The automatic garage door at Merchant has been broken for the past few days and is supposed to be serviced today. When I entered the garage area at around 3 PM today the door was wide open with a traffic cone covering the sensor. I closed it but you might want to check to make sure anything you left is still there.
One small rant: there was stinky dog poop abuzz with flies in the garbage disposal area wash basin a couple days ago. Hopefully a one-off as it makes the area disgusting for anyone (other than a dog?) wanting to use it.
