We have a delivery confirmation for Tuesday, but I've searched the mailroom extensively and it's nowhere to be found. Wonder what the resale value is on pet food for small breeds these days.Weren't packages supposed to be delivered to the locker recently installed?Sent from my iPhoneIn the recent past, I have had multiple packages stolen as well (that I know of). We have actually seen empty, torn apart packages in the "pocket park" by the new construction by Friedell and Hudson.
It would be great if we could have UPS or FedEx leave packages in the gym, our doors or other secure room like they used to. There are about 100 packages downstairs right now right in front of the window and door. Whenever we have a huge amount like this week and the holidays, I always worry things will get taken. I agree, we need a better solution than advertising our unclaimed packages through the Donahue windows.

We had two packages stolen as well.
I think we need deeper solution.
TEJust realized that in the middle of gathering and carrying 9 packages up the stairs this evening, I accidentally left my envelopes sitting on the ledge below the mailboxes. I just ran down as soon as I realized and now all my envelopes addressed to me are gone, leaving only a few catalogs they were sitting atop. Please someone tell me that they went to check the mail tonight and grabbed my envelopes for safekeeping?? If not, there's been a thief in the building within the past hour. Feeling so helpless right now.

PACKAGES STOLEN FROM MAIL AREA
Hi everyone,
My wife and I just returned from a trip after being gone for 6 nights and collected a bunch of our packages in the mail area here in the Merchant building. While collecting our packages, we found that one had been torn open and the contents taken out (photo attached). Then, upon returning to our condo and opening all the packages, we noticed that one package--for which we had a deliver confirmation email--was not among our packages, which means it was stolen entirely. We receive multiple packages daily, including many that we don't know are coming, so now we are unsure how many packages we have lost in total while away.
Did anyone else experience torn open or entirely missing packages these last several days?
I'm unsure of how to proceed here. Isn't there a camera installed in the mail room?
