We had two packages stolen as well.
I think we need deeper solution.

Just realized that in the middle of gathering and carrying 9 packages up the stairs this evening, I accidentally left my envelopes sitting on the ledge below the mailboxes. I just ran down as soon as I realized and now all my envelopes addressed to me are gone, leaving only a few catalogs they were sitting atop. Please someone tell me that they went to check the mail tonight and grabbed my envelopes for safekeeping?? If not, there's been a thief in the building within the past hour.
