Merchant Group Meeting

So while not as many replied to the poll this time I am picking a date and time that worked for the most number of people who did reply.  

So our next meeting will be on Monday February 15 at 7pm.  All are welcome and if you did not reply to the poll but will be attending please let me know so we know how big the group will be.

I hosted a crowded group last time, is anybody else willing to host this time?

Starting a draft agenda so please let me know if you have any items you think should be added.  Order may change, simply listing items as I write this.

1. Recap of last HOA for those not able to attend and discussion on next HOA meeting.

2. Discussion of who is interested in running for HOA board in March.  (If you are not able to attend meeting please let me know if you have an interest in serving so I can report that to the group attending) 

3.  General outstanding group issues with Lennar.

4. General outstanding group issues with First Service.

5. Creating an escalation plan should Lennar continue to not deal with us in a fair and honest manner.

6. Outside Groups in the area and our participation in them.
