Hello All!

I hope everyone is trying to keep warm.

We want to share this very important note with all home owners and we need to come up with next step with Lennar (legal).

Lennar worker visited our home on Friday morning after we concerned our frustrations since we moved in mid November with heating system that does not warm or exceed the temperature above 67-68 in warmer days outside at all time.

I was told that's the way it is and that will remain at all time due to quality of the heaters system they used for the building and It has nothing to do with warm or hot water...

We all purchased our units to work properly and that's not the answer.. 

We need to fix this issue before the electric bill and building turn to us..

Please, let's meet and discuss this matter and many more that makes impact in the building not just one or two units.

Please review.  2 sections need more work.  The section on heating could use some more edits since none of us doing first draft have had issues with our heaters so those with issues please let me know if this has been resolved or if not give speficic language to use.  Also the section about the priority across the street from Donahue that Lennar is selling could use some more work as well.  At the HOA meeting it seemed like some very specific legal sounding language was used so if those that know what that should say could finish that section that would be helpful.

So if you can send me any high level issue you see with what is being said.  Also if we have any good editors out there please let me know if you see spelling and grammar edits since that is not my strong suit.

Finally I do want to do get another meeting of just us together but Doddle website seems to be having an issue right now so will send something around looking for a good time sometime soon.
