I am responding on behalf of Kofi Bonner.  Although he is currently out of the country, we want to communicate that you have both our attention and our concern.  

 

Our team is reviewing the questions that you have raised and gathering the relevant information. Some of the items raised are typically handled by the HOA, while others lie in the hands of the developer and we are looking into solutions.

 

I will meet with Kofi upon his return and we will follow up with you, providing specific answers, at that time.
