Hope the neighbors are settling in. I wanted to send a email to the building. I'm planning on having a friend's 35th birthday get together this Saturday on the roof top from 4-8pm. Nothing crazy, there will be food and drinks. If you see some decorations, that's just me. Since I live on the 2nd floor, meaning only available working bathroom for guests, I doubt we'll be up there entire time. I thought it would be the polite thing to do to inform the building. If you're craving a margarita, come on up!!

Hey Fellow Merchant residents tonight we will be having a very special wine of the roof Thursday as hopefully some of our neighbors at Olympia will be coming over. As always bring your favorite beverage to drink and get to know your neighbors.
